The Dark Side of the Moon was English psychedelic band Pink Floyd’d eighth studio album.

Dark Side of the Moon was conceived as a concept album that focused on the band’s arduous lifestyle, and the mental health problems of the former band member Syd Barrett.

Dark Side of the Moon is among the most critically acclaimed albums of all time, as well as being the 4th biggest selling record of all time.
