Bob Dylan: Blood On The Tracks

In the mid 70s Bob Dylan was at several crossroads artistically. Many viewed him as past his prime and struggling in his personal life. He was also beginning to stagnate creatively. Then, maybe driven by the pain of his personal challenges, he created what could be his greatest work, Blood on the Tracks. From start-to-finish the record documents a lover's web of pursuit, entanglement, and loss.

While there have been many pressings of Blood On The Tracks, few compare to Mobile Fidelity’s Ultra Disc. Clean, clear and sonically near perfect. I’ve never been a bug Bob Dylan fan. That was until I place the stylus on this record. It was then I experienced the true breadth of Bob Dylan’s talent. His heralded song writing abilities are at their peak on this record. The musical arrangements are exceptional and MoFi's One-step engineering brings them to life better than any available to date.
